Effective Management: A Key to Stakeholder Satisfaction Performance in Project-Based Organizations

Project-wise, communication is an important element that many ignore its strategizing in projects operations. Communications in rural-setting projects especially in developing countries still needed further studies to reduce number of project failure triggered by poor communication. Therefore, the study aimed at assessing effective communication management emphasizing on the communication channels used in achieving stakeholder satisfaction in project-based organizations choosing RECODA’s project as a case study. With 125 sample respondents, the study established types and examined effectiveness of various communication channels. The findings envisaged that; traditional channels are still highly used in rural-oriented projects.
