Exploring the Efficacy of Telemedicine in Pediatric Asthma Management: A Randomized Controlled Trial

Telemedicine holds promise as a means to improve access to healthcare services for children with asthma. This randomized controlled trial aims to
explore the efficacy of telemedicine in pediatric asthma management. Children aged 5 to 12 years with a diagnosis of asthma were randomized to
receive either standard in-person care or telemedicine-based care for asthma management over a period of [insert duration]. Outcome measures
included asthma control, healthcare utilization, medication adherence, and quality of life. Results indicate that telemedicine was non-inferior to
standard care in achieving and maintaining asthma control and was associated with comparable healthcare utilization and medication adherence.
