One of the primary goals of perinatal education is to empower parents with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions throughout
the pregnancy and childbirth process. Pregnancy is a time of rapid change, and understanding these changes helps parents feel more in
control and less anxious. Education about the stages of fetal development, the physiological changes in the mother's body, and the potential
