The increasing volume of industrial waste generated by manufacturing, chemical processes, and energy production has raised significant concerns about environmental pollution and the long-term impact on ecosystems and human health. Industrial wastes often contain a diverse array of hazardous chemicals, many of which are resistant to natural degradation.
