Adolescent Mental Health Challenges and Solutions for the Next Generation

Adolescent mental health issues are widespread and have far-reaching implications. According to the World Health Organization (WHO),
approximately 10-20% of adolescents globally experience mental health conditions. These conditions often go underdiagnosed and undertreated,
leading to long-term consequences for individuals and society. Common disorders among adolescents include depression, anxiety, eating
disorders, and behavioral issues such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Despite increasing awareness, addressing adolescent
mental health remains fraught with challenges. One significant barrier is the stigma surrounding mental health issues. Adolescents often fear
