  An acquired gastric Dieulafoy like lesion refers to a rare vascular abnormality found in the stomach that resembles Dieulafoy's lesion, a condition characterized by an abnormally dilated and fragile artery that causes sudden and potentially life-threatening gastrointestinal bleeding.
