Biography

Training activity The professor. Aldo Di Carlo, born l 'May 11, 1942, after obtaining a diploma classical studies at the Liceo E.Q. Visconti di Roma , joined the Faculty of Medicine at the 'University of Rome "La Sapienza" where he graduated in 1967 with 110/110 cum laude discussing the experimental thesis: "Renin and antidiuretic hormone secretion postipofisario, experimental research in sheep and dogs ", supervisor prof. L. Condorelli, then getting in 1968 qualification and registration to 'Order of Doctors of Rome. He received at the ' University "La Sapienza" specialization in Cardiology, supervisor prof. TO. Turchetti, discussing the experimental thesis: "The hereditary factor in sickness and in rheumatic heart disease "

Research Interest

Aldo Di Carlo is the Scientific Director of S. Gallicano Dermatologic Institute – IRCCS Rome since 2006 .He was the  Head of Dermatologia infettiva (MST-AIDS) Unit, Istituto Dermosifilopatico S. Gallicano (ISG-IRCCS)in 1995. Also served as the Head of Clinical Unit, Istituto Dermosifilopatico S. Gallicano (IRCCS) and as Deputy dermatologist Clinical Unit Istituto Dermosifilopatico S. Gallicano (IRCCS)
