Biography

Amir Kaban was born on May 7th, 1963 at Haifa, Israel. He completed his master degree in Internal Medicine, by the year 1997, under Sackler Faculty of Medicine, Tel Aviv University. He had undertaken several postgraduate studies during the years 1997-2012 in the fields of Genetics, Gastroenterology, Bioinformatics etc. Major of his academic career is spent in the Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, USA. He also served as an Intelligence officer in military service during the years 1981-1985. At present, he is working as an Assistant Professor, Rappaport Faculty of Medicine, Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel.
