Mr Rao completed his General Surgery training in 1999 from RGUHS, India. He obtained his masters, MSc (Urology) in 2006 from UCL, London. He underwent Higher Surgical Training in Urology from the prestigious London Deanery and was conferred the Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. He underwent advanced Laparoscopic training at the premier institute in London, the King’s College University Hospital. He obtained the prestigious RPCI-SIU robotic mini-fellowship at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. He works as a Consultant Urological and Robotic Surgeon at Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He has over 50 publications and over 100 international presentations. He has authored several book chapters and has won several international awards.
