Dr. Ana Egatz-Gomez received her B.S. in Electronics Engineering from National Technological University, Mendoza, Argentina (1994), her M.S. in Industrial Economics and Science and Technology Management from Carlos III University of Madrid, Spain (2002), and her Ph.D. in Bioengineering from Arizona State University, Tempe, Arizona (2009). She received the Akay Excellence Award from the School of Health and Biological Systems Engineering at Arizona State University (2010). She has also worked as a maintenance engineer, consultant in R&D project management, and instructor in Argentina, Spain and USA.
