Graduated in Veterinary Medicine at the Federal University of Maranhão (2008). MSc in Animal Science from the State University of Maranhão (2011), in search of Preventive Veterinary Medicine online. Have experience in parasitic diseases of domestic animals, monogastric nutrition and the area of Medical and Surgical Clinic of Small Animals. Is currently a doctoral student in the Department of Preventive Veterinary Medicine and Animal Health, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science, University of São Paulo. He has worked in Human and Animal Parasitic Protozoology, with emphasis on phylogeny, taxonomy and molecular diagnosis of parasites of the genus Trypanosoma and Leishmania.
