Dr. Andrzej Kloczkowski did his MSc Chemistry Warsaw University Poland in 1974. He did his PhD in Physical Chemistry from Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences Warsaw Poland 1980 and his DSc Habilitation Physical Chemistry Warsaw University Poland 2001. He received his Postdoctoral Fellow from Stanford University in 1981 & 1983. At present he is an Adjunct Professor of Iowa State University.
His research interests focus on various aspects of computational molecular biology and structural bioinformatics, Lattice models of proteins, Prediction of protein structures, Protein dynamics, Prediction of protein functions, Protein packing and statistical potentials, Prediction of binding sites, prediction of phosphorylation sites, Systems Biology.
