Dr. Asude Durmaz has received her MD at Ege University Medical Faculty and her PhD in Medical Genetics at the same hospital. She completed her thesis about childhood drug resistant epilepsy. She has worked in neurogenetics department at Karolinska Hospital for 6 months. She is still working as a medical geneticist in Medical Genetics Department. She routinely works on cytogenetics, molecular genetics and clinical genetics besides different ongoing projects.
Dr. Asude Durmaz research interests include neurogenetics especially neurodegenerative diseases.
