Bahaa Khalil is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Bioresource Engineering, McGill University. Bahaa holds a Ph.D. in the design of water quality monitoring networks from INRS, University of Quebec, Canada. Prior to joining the Department of Bioresource Engineering, Bahaa worked for Agriculture and Agri-food Canada, Quebec, Canada; Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique (INRS-ETE), Quebec, Canada; Faculty of Engineering, Helwan University, and National Water Research Center, Cairo, Egypt. Bahaa is specialized in assessment and redesign of environmental monitoring networks, hydrologic and water quality modeling, Best Management Practices, and irrigation and drainage systems design. He has 17 years experience in research, statistical consulting and teaching with 50 publications in peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings and technical reports.
