Professor at the Psychosomatic Institute in Warsaw, former head of the Department of Psychosomatics, Sexology and Pathology of Human Relations at the Medical University of Post-Graduate Education in Warsaw. Founding member of the Polish Society of Homotoxycology, Psychosomatic Section in the Polish Association of Physicians ( currently deputy president) and of the Polish Balint Society ( currently president of the Society), active member in a number of national and international medical academic organizations, author of 136 academic works with a total Citation Impact Factor of 321. Editor, author or co-author of 47 books. Prof. B. Wasilewski have publish together with Prof. B. Luban-Plozza the first in Poland academic textbook on psychosomatics in 1994, and participated in editing of number of textbooks on psychotherapy, sexology and health promotion. Prof. Wasilewski have publish in 1994 together with J. Czelej one of the first academic books on homeopathic treatment, pioneered antyhomotoxic treatment, was for many years chief editor of scientific journals in the field of homeopathic treatment. Currently acts as editor-in-chief of the scientific journal “Art of Therapy”, specializing in the field of natural medicine and psychosomatics. For several years, Professor. B. Wasilewski served as chairman of the team of experts on homeopathic remedies at the Polish Ministry of Health, while currently acts as deputy chairman of the team of experts on homeopathic and galenic remedies of the National Agency for Drug Registration.
