Biography

Dr Kothapalli is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Biological Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Cambridge He received his Masters degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Connecticut and his PhD from the Clemson UniversityMedical University of South Carolina joint Bioengineering program in 2008 He published 20 peerreviewed journal articles in biomedical engineering and materials sciences and presented his research at more than 30 conferences He is a member of Sigma XI was the Presidential Scholar at the Medical University of South Carolina and received the Arthur Focke Leadershape Award from the American Society for Materials He serves as an adhoc reviewer for Biomaterials Journal of Materials Science and Engineering C and Materials Letters journals
