Biography

Chih-Chiang Wei received dual Master’s degrees in Information Management from National Chung Cheng University and in Civil Engineering from National Taiwan University. He received a Ph.D. degree from National Taiwan University, Taiwan, 2006. He is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Digit Content Designs and Management at Toko University, Taiwan, starting from 2007. He has various publications in computer science journals (Applied Soft Computing, Expert Systems with Applications, and Neurocomputing), and in engineering management journals (Water Resources Management, Journal of Hydrology, Weather and Forecasting, Journal of Hydrometeorology, Environmental Engineering Science, Journal of Environmental Management, Advances in Water Resources, Water Resources Research, and Natural Hazards).

Research Interest

Data mining, machine learning, soft computing, information management, water resources management, weather forecasting, remote sensing, and ocean informatics.
