Dr. Chong Jen Lim obtained his first degree with honours in Bachelor of Medical Sciences from University Putra Malaysia (UPM). Then he continued his study in medicine in UPM. Subsequently, He became the membership of Royal College of Physician (UK) in 2009. He practiced as a clinician in a state hospital in Pahang, Malaysia. He was the front liner during the pandemic of H1N1. He is interested in Cardiology. Apart from clinical work, he is interested in research. He had published a case report on using intravenous immunoglobulin G in treatment of severe acute respiratory distress syndrome secondary to H1N1. He also presented study on thalassaemia in the Academy of Medicine Scientific Meeting and study on acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction in Asia Pacific Congress of Cardiology. He is on the editorial board of Technical Report of Pahang Health Department. He is also active in hospital quality assurance programme.
1.Research – Currently doing few case reports and studies to be submitted to local or international Journal
2.Currently interested in all the fields in cardiology including interventional, imaging, and electrophysiology as well as H1N1.
