Dan′s Research Interest includes Signal and image processing, adaptive control and machine learning, with particular interest in medical problems. Current research includes time series analysis, statistical estimation and predictive filtering for respiratory motion; joint motion estimation and image reconstruction; sparse regression and adaptive imaging in image guided radiotherapy (IGRT) for concomitant dose reduction.
