She earned her Degree of Doctor in Medicine in the year of 1996. Her research work is on “Involvement of HBV and HDV in Chronic Liver Diseases”. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in the Faculty of General Medicine in the year of 1987 .She is also council member of European Biosafety Association. She has many publications as an author and co-author. Currently she is Head of Microbiology Laboratory of Epidemiology of Communicable Diseases Department at National Institute of Public Health, România.
