Biography

Dr. Domenic V. Cicchetti is Professor in Department of Biometry, the Child Study Center, and Department of Psychiatry, at Yale University, and a Fellow in the American Statistical Association. He holds a PhD from University of Connecticut, United Kingdom. Dr. Domenic has substantial research and practical experience in the fields of control of : behavioral and biomedical statistics; psychometric properties of clinical diagnostic instruments; and developing innovative methodologies for Inter-examiner reliability assessments. Dr. Domenic ;For contributions in behavioral and biomedical statistics, particularly assessment of psychometric properties of clinical diagnostic instruments, and for innovative methodologies for interexaminer reliability. Department of Biometry, the Child Study Center, and Department of Psychiatry, at Yale University, and a Fellow in the American Statistical Association studies the reliability and accuracy of human judgment; the development of test instruments used in behavioral and medical research; and the development of new statistical tests and methodologies. Enological research interests include blind wine tasting, wine rating scales and the controversy between the scoring and the ranking of wine preferences.
