Dr. Chin-Shang Li obtained his Bachelor degree and Master degree in Applied Mathematics from National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan. He received his PhD in Statistics in 1997 from Texas A&M University, College Station, TX. He is a Professor in the Department of Public Health Sciences, University of California, Davis, CA. He is a biostatistician of UC Davis Clinical and Translational Science Center. He also serves as the Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Statistics and Probability, as a statistician member of the Special Methodology Panel for Journal of General Internal Medicine, and as an Editorial Board Member for Advances in Statistics, Annals of Biometrics & Biostatistics, Journal of Probability and Statistics, and Biostatistics and Metrics, Journal of Health Education Research & Development, and American Journal of Biostatistics, respectively
