Biography

Dr. Tina Chakrabarty is currently the Assistant Professor of Chemistry in Indus International University, India. She has 03 years 07 months Postdoctoral Research Experience from Prof. Klaus- Viktor Peinemann’s Research group in King Abdullah University of science and Technology (KAUST), Saudi Arabia. She received her Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Science from Central Salt and Marine Chemicals Research Institute (CSIR-CSMCRI), India in 2014. She has worked with two different Pharmaceutical companies. She is author and co-author of more than 20 International journals, One U.S. Patent (Filed) and One Book chapter. Furthermore, she is the Reviewer of more than five International Journals, Eminent Editorial board member of Journal of membrane Science and Technology, Invited speaker of some international conferences.

Her area of research expertise are: Gas separation (Single and mixed gas), Ultrafiltration and Nanofiltration, Ion-exchange membranes, Polymeric Membranes, Mixed-matrix membranes, Nanomaterial synthesis, Electrophoretic membrane contractor, Waste water management, Pervaporation, Adsorption, Biomolecules separation.
