Kangling Zhang is an assistant professor of University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He completed his B.S degree in Chemistry from Anhui University, in 1984, his M.S from University of the Pacific in Biochemistry in 1997 and Ph.D from University of california at San Francisco in Mass Spectrometry in the year 2000. He served as an Assitant Researcher in Mount Sinai University, New york in 1998, a senior scientist in ISN pharmaceuticals cOSTA mESA. He is an assistant professor in the department of Pharmacology.
