Biography

Dr. Kao-Ping Chang md, Ph.D. is ana associate professor of Kaohsiung Medical University, Kaohsiung in Taiwan. He is also serving as Chief in Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Kaohsiung Medical University. He completed his M.D degree and Ph.D from Kaohsiung Medical University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan and Masters from I-Shou University in Taiwan.  he has been awarded the Best Intern, Kaohsiung Medical University Hospitalin 1993, Best Chief Resident, Department of Surgery, Kaohsiung Medical University Hospital in 1999, Best reconstructive article, annual meeting of Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, TAIWAN in 2010. He has more than 50 publications.
