Evan Wood

Dr Evan Wood received his PhD in Clinical Epidemiology at the University of British Columbia during the period of 2003. He received his MD from the University of Calgary in 2007. Currently, he is a Clinical Associate Professor in at the University of British Columbia. He also is the Co-Director of the British Columbia Centre for Excellence in HIV/AIDS - Urban Health Research Initiative. He serves as an editorial member of several reputed journals like Addiction Research & Therapy and International Journal of Drug Policy. He has authored over 300 research articles. He is a Division Member of the Division of AIDS, University of British Columbia. In 2010, Dr. Wood was awarded the International Junior Doctor of the Year by the British Medical Journal (BMJ).
