Dr. Fan Yang received a B.Eng degree in 2002 and a PhD degree in 2008, both from Tsinghua University. From 2009 to 2011 he worked as a visiting professor and PDF at the University of Alberta. Currently he is a lecturer at Tsinghua University and serves as Vice Chair of Executive Board in the Department of Automation. He obtained the Young Research Paper Award from the IEEE CSS Beijing Chapter in 2006.
