Biography

Doctor in Medicine and specialized in Ophthalmology, with a Master in Cell Biology and a diploma of Applied Statistics, He had worked in Paris at Pitié-Salpétrière Hospital in the department of Ophthalmology lead by Pr P. LeHoang, international expert in uveitis. He had acquired a specialization in the uveitis field, both for the medical and surgical management of uveitis patients. In the clinical research field, He had done myself or participated to many international publications (attached list 1). He had been the principal investigator in randomized controlled trials and He had been included as co-investigator in many national and international trials (attached list 2). In the education field He had done curses in 5 different academic diplomas (attached list 3). He had took part to many meetings organised by patient’s associations (attached list 4). He had chosen to keep myself in the public health system, after several years of care of poor populations in Colombia and in Paris.
