Biography

Dr. Hafiz Khan is an Associate Professor and Program Director of the Department of Biostatistics at Florida International University (FIU). Prior to joining FIU, Dr. Khan had been on the faculty of School of Health Related Professions at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ).  He has published 58 peer-reviewed scientific research publications in statistics, biostatistics, and biomedical fields. He has published 57 peer-reviewed scientific research abstracts in several conference proceedings. He has presented more than 77 scientific research works in several biostatistics and biomedical research communities. As a statistical methodologist, he has advised more than 42 graduate students on their research projects, theses, and dissertations. Dr. Khan leads as a professional reviewer for several reputable statistics, biostatistics, and biomedical journals.
