Biography

Dr. Hailei Zhang completed her Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering, Dalian University of Technology, China, her Masters of Mechanical Engineering, Dalian University of Technology, China and her PhD, Computational Science and Pharmacy, National University of Singapore.

Research Interest

1. Analyze large scale genomic data and integrate microarray data from different platforms to generate potential cancer targets for further screening.
2. Investigation of potential cancer therapeutic targets through inverse docking and bioinformatics approach.
3. Prediction of disease-related proteins and miRNAs by statistical learning methods.
4. Development of parallel genetic algorithm and pseudo-excitation method for the large scale structural dynamic optimization.
5. Development of finite element method and algorithm for quantum mechanics.
