Biography

Hari K. Koul is Professor and Director of Research, Division of Urology and Department of Surgery at the University Of Colorado School Of Medicine, Denver, Colorado, USA. He is founding program Director for Urosciences Program and a member of the University of Colorado Cancer Center. He is an internationally recognized researcher in Urology.

Research Interest

Pathophysiology of kidney stone disease, prostate cancer, bladder hypertrophy, urogenital development, and erectile dysfunction.The structure and function of MAP kinase signal transduction pathways in oxalate induced nephrotoxicity as well as the characterization of MAP kinase signal transduction pathways that are critical determinants in the patho-physiologies of bladder hypertrophy, benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer.
