Dr. Hideharu Shintani is currently working as a guest-professor of Chuo University, School of Science. He has completed his graduation from Graduate School of Kyoto University in 1977 and French Language Training for National Government Officers at Institute of Science & Technology. He has passed at 1st for Superior Examination for Government Officer and worked as a researcher of National Institute of Health Sciences (NIHS). He has worked together with Professor Purunendu.K. Dasgupta on ion chromatography in Department of Chemistry, Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX, USA. Senior Researcher of NIHS in 1987, Director of Department of Medical Devices at NIHS during 1992.
