Hyung Hee Cho was born in Korea in 1959. He received the Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, in 1992. Since 1995, he has been with the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea, where he is currently a Full Professor in the School of Mechanical Engineering. He is currently a Director of the Low Observable Research Center, an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Fluid Machinery and Systems, and an Editorial Board Member of the Advances in Mechanical Engineering and the JP Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer. His research interests include macroscopic applications of nanostructured materials for heat transfer, surface modification, energy conversion, etc.
Dr. Cho is a Fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, a Scientific Council Member of the International Centre for Heat and Mass Transfer, and an Associate Member of the Korea Academy of Science and Technology.
