Biography

Obtained his BSc degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with average from Near East University in 1998-99. He completed his MSc degree in 2001 with average 4.00/4.00, and continued to his Doctoral studies with average 4.00/4.00. He completed his PHD degree from the same university. His current interests include Cellular Communications, Neural Computing, Adaptive Signal Processing, Control Systems, watermark extractions and wavelets. He has authored more than seven quality papers.
