Dr. James E. Miller is an Assistant Professor and Director of the Mass Communication program at Harding University. Dr. Miller earned the Ph.D. in Communication and Information from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. His research interests include media law and ethics, especially as they relate to digital media. Prior to his academic career, Dr. Miller wrote for the Knoxville News Sentinel. He continues to write freelance and serve on editorial boards for publications in Arkansas.
