Biography

Professor in Management Department at ISEG University of Lisbon: Director of the Master and Postgraduate Diploma in Management and Real Estate Valuation. Responsible for courses of "Corporate Finance" in the PhD in management, "Mergers, Acquisitions and Other Restructuring" in the Master in Finance, "Analysis and Financial Reporting" and "Analysis of Real Estate Investments" in the postgraduate and master's degrees in finance and management and real estate valuation and "Management Control" an elective course of bachelor degrees programs at ISEG. Professor Neves is Member of the School Council of ISEG Libson School of Economics and Management and Member of the General and Supervisory Board of EDP, Energias de Portugal SA, vice president for finance and audit committee, member of the performance and strategy committee and member of the remuneration committee.
