Biography

Dr. Cevallos-Cevallos works as an Assistant Professor at the Centro de Investigaciones Biotecnológicas del Ecuador (CIBE) from the Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL) in Guayquil-Ecuador. After obtaining his BSc in Food Engineering, Dr. Cevallos-Cevallos went to Gainesville, FL to obtain his MSc in Food Science, MAB in Agribusiness, and his PhD in Food Science at the University of Florida (UF). In addition, Dr. Cevallos-Cevallos served as a postdoctoral associate in the Plant Pathology department at UF. Dr. Cevallos-Cevallos has been the recipient of several awards including the Citrus Division Award from the Institute of Food Technologists.
