Biography

Junzeng Xu, PhD, is Professor of State Key Laboratory of Hydrology-Water Resources and Hydraulic Engineering, Hohai University. Dr. Junzeng Xu received his BS and Ph.D. degrees in Agricultural Water-Soil Engineering from the Hohai University, China in 1998 and 2007.  Before he joined the faculty of the Colleague of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering at the Hohai University, he worked with the Colleague of Hydrology and Water Resources as a Postdoctoral Fellow (2007-2010). As a visiting sholar, he carried out cooperated research at the Iowa State University since 2012. He has also received the awards of National Agricultural Water saving Award-Technology (1st Class) twice in 2010 and 2011 for his work in efficient irrigation and drainage management and its eco-environmental aspects.
