Biography

Kaarel Krjutskov is a Head of Sequencing Division in Estonian Genome Center of University of Tartu He has received a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Tartu Estonia 2006-2010 His topic was molecular engineering and was related with genotyping and method development in this fieldHe is supervisor of two practical courses in biotechnology for high school students and undergraduate students.

New techniques in genotyping and sequencing, Genetic variations, lifestyle and environmental factors in shaping the human health, Pharmacogenetics.
