Biography

Larry Fan, MD is Founder and Director of 77 Plastic Surgery, a medical practice specializing in aesthetic plastic surgery. Dr. Fan is also dedicated to the development of innovative medical technologies for patient care and works closely with leading healthcare technology companies including Johnson & Johnson, Allergan, Ethicon Endo- Surgery, and Miramar Labs.
Dr. Fan has an AB and AM in Biology from Harvard University, where he graduated magna cum laude with highest honors. He received his MD from the University of California at San Francisco, completed residency training in general and plastic surgery at UCSF, and undertook a fellowship in aesthetic surgery at the Ninth People’s Hospital in Shanghai, China. Dr. Fan also completed a fellowship in the Biodesign program at Stanford University. He has previously held the position of Research Scientist at UCSF. Dr. Fan has authored 21 peer reviewed papers and abstracts and has been an invited
speaker at leading medical conferences throughout the world. He is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery and Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons
