Biography

He has received a PhD in Forest Products Biotechnology from the University of British Columbia Vancouver Canada in 2007. He has received a PhD in Biochemical Engineering from East China University of Science Technology in 2001. He has completed his MS in Fermentation Engineering in Tianjin University of Science Technology in 1998. He received his Industry RD Fellowship from Natural Sciences Engineering Research Council of Canada NSERC in 2007. He is serving as a reviewer of 16 journals such as Enzyme and Microbial Technology Industrial Crops and Products; Applied Biochemistry and Biotechnology; Industrial Engineering Chemistry Research; Biotechnology and Bioengineering; Bioresource Technology; Bioenergy Research; Process Biochemistry; Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry and for National Science Foundation NSF. He has 19 of publications and one patent.
