Prof. Marcia Ramos-e-Silva is Associate Professor and Head of Dermatology, Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Sheis the Vice-President for South America, IACD and Director – International Committee of Dermatology (ILDS). She is also the President of the 10th World Congress of the IACD November 14-16 2015. She has two PhDs (UFRJ and UNIRIO), and Post Doctorate at Tulane University, New Orleans, United States.
