Biography

Maria de Lourdes de Souza holds a degree in Nursing from the College of Nursing Manaus (1968), Masters in Public Health School of Public Health of USP (1978) and Ph.D. in Public Health School of Public Health of USP (1982). He is currently Assistant, Graduate Program in Nursing at the University of Santa Catarina, Consultant FAPESC ad hoc, ad hoc consultant CAPES; Works with project coordination and cooperation networks. He has experience in nursing, with emphasis in Public Health Nursing, acting on the following topics: nursing - networks, nursing care, education, work and women′s health.

Research Interest

Maria de Lourdes de Souza research intertests are Maternal Mortality, role of infections, fertile-aged women death, leadership among nurses to conduct research, publish, and establish new partnerships and projects in the Americas.
