Biography

I have graduated the General Medicine Faculty within University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Grigore Popa” Iasi,Romania in 1988. From 1998 I am an attending physician. I have a PhD in medical sciences from 2004 where I have made researches on Human trichinosis. I have two degrees on Nosocomial Infections Management and Sanitary Management. Nowadays, I am head of the Adults and ICU department in the Infectious Diseases Hospital of Brasov, Romania. I am Lecturer and Head of the Department of Infectious and Tropical Diseases at Faculty of Medicine, Transilvania University, Brasov, Romania. I am an old member of ESCMID and Romanian Society of Infectious Diseases.
