Biography

Megan is a registered respiratory therapist, entrepreneur, lifelong student, exercise and outdoor enthusiast, avid traveller and explorer, animal lover, 5th generation farmer, lone parent, culturally & creatively inclined, and spiritual healer. She has worked her way from northern Ontario to Vancouver Island. Her greatest work and number one passion is her son Lincoln and her dog Angus - they are the best friends one could ever ask for to walk with.

Research Interest

My research interests are anything healthcare related - I have a wide variety of knowledge & skills and I have worked in many provinces across Canada so I am familiar with the healthcare system and differences provincially. I have enjoyed research projects since high school as I was successfully completed the ST 21 program integrated for science and technology for the 21 century which set me up for success throughout my honours degree, college and post graduate studies along the way. I continue to participate in webinars, research and lifelong learning to keep my knowledge and skills up to date in this ever changing world.
