Graduated in Biological sciences from Universidade do estado de Pernambuco (2007), get his Master degree on Biochemistry and Physiology from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE), and his PhD on Therapeutic innovation in the same nstitution. Currently teaches “Molecular Oncology of Solid Tumors” in Therapeutic Innovation Post-graduation Program. In graduation worked with glycobiological aspects from oral cancer and human development. On his master degree and PhD thesis worked with breast cancer diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers and microenvironment behavior. Currently has an interest in the major issues addressed in his post-doc including the discovery of new molecular targets and bioactive compounds in autoimmune diseases and cancer. Is fellow of Science and Technology Institute from Pharmaceutical Innovation (INCT_if) and Brazilian Pharmaceutics Science Association and Researcher from Therapeutic Innovation Nuclei from UFPE.
