Biography

Dr.Chang is currently a professor with Civil, Environmental, and Construction Engineering Department at University of Central Florida (UCF). He conducts a research program and teaches courses in the areas of environmental and water resources systems engineering. Chang received his B.S. degree in 1983 from the National Chiao-Tung University in Taiwan, and his Master′s and Ph.D. degree from Cornell University, USA in 1989 and 1991, respectively. He was a professor with Environmental Engineering Department at Texas A&M University System before joining UCF in 2005. He is also an elected fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers (F.ASCE) and the American Association for the Advancement of Science (F.AAAS), a registered professional engineer (PE) in Texas, A Board Certified Environmental Engineering (BCEE), Diploma of Water Resources Engineering (D.WRE), an accredited professional with Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED), and an elected member of the European Academy of Sciences (M.EAS).
