Nwakanma Ifeanyi Cosmas is an assistant lecturer with the department of Information Management Technology, Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) Imo State Nigeria. He has an MSc in Information Technology and B.Eng in Communication Engineering from the same University. In 1999, he graduated as the best student with distinction at national Diploma level in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri Imo state Nigeria. He is currently a PhD scholar whose research interests include Telecommunication Systems and management, Information Technology project management, Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology. He has about 10 publications.
