Biography

Dr. Oleg Paliy is Associate Professor in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in the Wright State University. He completed his Ph.D in MIcrobiology, Molecular and Structural Biology from University of Manchester, UK in 2001. He is the NIH study section grant reviewer: ZRG1 EMNR-C (58), ZGM1 GDB-2 (MC), ZGM1 MBRS-2 (GC) from 2008-present.He is the member of American Society for Microbiology.He is the reviewer for more than 11 journals to date.

Role of intestinal microbiota in human health and disease.
Physiology, microbial ecology, and host-pathogen interactions of enteric bacteria.
Systems biology, genomics, and bioinformatics. Microbial functional genomics.
