Dr. Grundmann received a BS in Pharmacy and European pharmacist license from the University of Muenster, Germany, and his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences as well as a MS in Forensic Toxicology from the University of Florida. Dr. Grundmann is currently a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Florida and teaches graduate courses in Forensic Sciences and Pharmaceutical Chemistry. He has published several research and review articles over the past years in the area of natural products as well as forensic sciences. Dr. Grundmann is a member of the American Chemical Society, the American College of Clinical Pharmacology, the American Academy of Clinical Toxicology, and several other national and international professional organizations.
